Agreement

These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and SOIVIS for using RealmConquest, including the website, accounts, realms, game client, beta services, and related features.

By creating an account, accessing the site, or playing the game, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use RealmConquest.

Eligibility and accounts

RealmConquest is for players who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not create an account or use the service.

You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Keep your password secure, use accurate account information, and notify SOIVIS if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not sell, rent, transfer, share, or use accounts in a way that avoids rules, bans, rate limits, realm limits, or other gameplay restrictions.

Limited license

SOIVIS grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use RealmConquest for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms.

You do not own the game, software, worlds, accounts, virtual items, realm data, or other service content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Beta and live service changes

RealmConquest is in development. Features, balance, realm rules, tick schedules, maps, data, and availability may change as the game is tested and improved.

Beta realms, test accounts, progress, rankings, items, and game history may be reset, rolled back, disabled, or deleted. RealmConquest may also experience downtime, bugs, performance issues, or limited access during testing.

Fair play rules

You agree not to undermine RealmConquest or other players. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Using bots, scripts, automation, unauthorized clients, packet tools, scraping, or macros to play or gather information.
  • Creating or using multiple accounts, shared accounts, proxy accounts, farms, or coordinated account networks to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Exploiting bugs, duplicating resources, bypassing limits, manipulating ticks, or hiding known exploits instead of reporting them.
  • Buying, selling, trading, or transferring accounts, resources, virtual items, realm progress, or services for real money or outside value.
  • Harassing, threatening, doxxing, impersonating, scamming, spamming, or posting hateful, unlawful, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive content.
  • Attempting to access another player account, admin tool, server, database, or private system without authorization.
  • Interfering with service availability, security, moderation, logs, or anti-cheat systems.

Player content

Player content includes display names, alliance names, messages, reports, feedback, support requests, and anything else you submit or create through the service.

You keep whatever rights you have in your player content, but you grant SOIVIS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, moderate, adapt, and use that content as needed to operate, protect, promote, and improve RealmConquest.

You are responsible for your player content. Do not submit content that infringes rights, violates law, exposes private information, or breaks these Terms. SOIVIS may remove or restrict content at its discretion.

Free-to-play and paid features

RealmConquest is free to play. SOIVIS may later offer optional paid features, but paid features are intended to be non-pay-to-win.

Paid features should not directly sell combat power, resources, tick acceleration, protected wins, ranking advantage, or other competitive advantages in active competitive realms. Examples of potential paid features include cosmetics, supporter recognition, account services, private convenience tools, or other features that do not decide who wins a realm.

If paid features are introduced, pricing, taxes, refund terms, entitlement details, and any extra purchase rules will be shown at checkout or in a purchase-specific policy.

Virtual items and purchases

Any virtual currency, virtual item, entitlement, cosmetic, badge, account service, or paid feature is a limited license to use that feature within RealmConquest. It has no cash value, is not property, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money unless SOIVIS expressly allows it in writing.

Purchases may be final except where required by law or where a purchase-specific policy says otherwise. SOIVIS may modify, suspend, or remove paid features when needed for security, legal compliance, service operation, or game balance.

Enforcement

SOIVIS may investigate suspected violations and take action including warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, realm removal, account suspension, account termination, rollback of progress, or permanent bans.

Enforcement decisions may consider game logs, player reports, technical evidence, repeated behavior, and the impact on realm integrity. SOIVIS is not required to disclose anti-cheat methods or private evidence when doing so would harm safety, security, or enforcement.

Intellectual property

RealmConquest, including its software, art, design, rules text, trade names, logos, worlds, simulations, documentation, and other service materials, is owned by SOIVIS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Feedback, suggestions, and bug reports may be used by SOIVIS without restriction or compensation.

Third-party services

RealmConquest may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, communication, authentication, payments, or other infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

RealmConquest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOIVIS disclaims warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability of any specific feature, realm, ranking, item, or game result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOIVIS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, lost game progress, or service interruption arising from RealmConquest or these Terms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Changes and termination

SOIVIS may update these Terms as RealmConquest changes. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the site, account notices, or another reasonable method. Continuing to use RealmConquest after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. SOIVIS may suspend, terminate, or discontinue all or part of the service as allowed by these Terms and applicable law.
